💡 Important information: The calculation is made according to OUG 158/2005. The employer pays the first 5 working days, the rest is recovered from FNUASS. For codes 02-04, you can adjust the percentage between 80-100%. The allowance cannot exceed the equivalent of 12 gross minimum wages.
